Full-Stack Developer (PMIS Implementation)

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack digital solutions supporting PMIS implementation, including user interfaces, APIs, and data services
• Configure and integrate off-the-shelf platforms and applications to meet program needs
• Build custom components, scripts, and automation tools to enhance PMIS functionality
• Collaborate with business analysts and PMIS leads to translate requirements into technical specifications

This role contributes to the design, development, and support of digital tools and platforms that enable project controls, reporting, and data management for large, complex infrastructure programs.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Technically proficient developer with experience in both front-end and back-end development
• Experience with system integration and digital solution deployment within enterprise environments
• Ability to ensure digital solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with program requirements
• Experience participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure quality and performance
