Full Stack Developer

Core responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and optimize high-performance websites and internal tools for an international animal protection organization
• Build responsive and accessible web solutions using WordPress, PHP, modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS preprocessors
• Manage Linux-based infrastructure, including server configuration, monitoring systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize website performance, database queries and ensure code quality through testing and documentation

This role creates positive change by developing and maintaining digital tools that support an international animal protection organization's mission to reduce animal suffering and promote animal welfare.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience with WordPress, PHP, modern JavaScript frameworks and CSS preprocessors
• Knowledge of Linux-based infrastructure management including server configuration and monitoring systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and website performance optimization
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support
