How to Apply for Full Stack AI Engineer (m/f/d)
at Integrity Next
๐ข About Integrity Next
Integrity Next is a purpose-driven company focused on enhancing corporate supply chains for a more sustainable world. By leveraging AI, the company helps businesses ensure ethical and environmental integrity in their supply chains, making it an ideal workplace for those who want to combine cutting-edge technology with meaningful impact.
About This Role
As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will design and build AI-powered features that directly contribute to sustainable supply chain management. You'll work on agentic RAG systems, AI APIs, and data processing pipelines, bridging the gap between AI innovation and robust Java-based production systems.
๐ก A Day in the Life
Your day might start with a stand-up discussing progress on an AI feature, then you'd dive into coding a LangGraph agent or tuning prompts for better retrieval. After lunch, you could collaborate with the Java team to design an API endpoint, and end the day by reviewing logs from your RAG pipeline on AWS.
๐ Application Tools
๐ฏ Who Integrity Next Is Looking For
- Proven experience building AI features in production using Python, particularly with LLMs, RAG, and agentic patterns.
- Hands-on expertise with LangChain/LangGraph for workflow orchestration and tool use.
- Strong AWS skills, especially with Bedrock AgentCore, OpenSearch, S3, and DynamoDB.
- Ability to design clean AI APIs and integrate them into Java-based systems (knowledge of Java is a plus).
๐ Tips for Applying to Integrity Next
Highlight specific projects where you built AI features that went into production, not just prototypes.
Showcase your experience with LangChain/LangGraph by describing the workflows or agents you built.
Mention any work with unstructured data (documents, web content) and how you processed it for AI pipelines.
Tailor your resume to emphasize AWS services like Bedrock, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB with concrete examples.
In your cover letter, connect your work to sustainability or supply chain impact, even if indirectly.
โ๏ธ What to Emphasize in Your Cover Letter
['Emphasize your production experience with AI features and LLM application development.', 'Highlight your proficiency with LangChain/LangGraph and AWS Bedrock.', 'Express enthusiasm for using AI to drive sustainability in supply chains.', 'Demonstrate your ability to work in a remote, cross-functional team and integrate AI with Java systems.']
Generate Cover Letter โ๐ Research Before Applying
To stand out, make sure you've researched:
- โ Read about Integrity Next's approach to supply chain sustainability and their clients or case studies.
- โ Explore their tech stack mentions (Java, AWS) and look for any public talks or blog posts by their engineers.
- โ Understand the regulatory landscape for supply chain sustainability (e.g., German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act).
- โ Check if they have open-source contributions or GitHub repositories related to AI or supply chain.
๐ฌ Prepare for These Interview Topics
Based on this role, you may be asked about:
โ ๏ธ Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Focusing only on theoretical AI knowledge without production experienceโbe prepared to discuss deployment and monitoring.
- Neglecting to mention specific AWS services (Bedrock, OpenSearch, S3, DynamoDB) even if you have used them.
- Underestimating the importance of Java integrationโeven if you're not an expert, show willingness to learn.
