Front of House Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Member and guest experience: Welcome members, guests, and partners, ensuring smooth check-in and a warm welcoming. Handle inquiries and occasionally lead tours to make sure all visitors feel supported.
• Systems management & member administration: Manage access systems (Salto), Slack, and maintain accurate member lists to ensure strong security and operations.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders: Guide "Welcomers" (interns) in their daily tasks while liaising with building partners to resolve issues.
• Manage post, office supplies & lockers: Maintain a clean and organized front of house, manage office supply stock, and oversee logistics of parcels, lost & found, and member lockers.
• Optimise and improve ways of working: Track resource usage and document member feedback or trends to provide insights for continuous improvement of processes and routines.

Required skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (experience within hospitality sector is a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus)
• Comfortable managing work and priorities, taking initiative to improve processes where needed
• Problem-solving mindset and enjoy working in a team environment
• Interest in the tech- and impact space, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where innovation and creativity are high

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: 20,000€ gross per year
