FRENCH AND ENGLISH-SPEAKING FIELD FINANCE COORDINATOR

Core responsibilities:

• Defining, coordinating and monitoring the implementation and management of finance strategies, policies, internal control and all financial administrative and legal issues in the mission
• Coordinating and ensuring the efficient management of the treasury including the whole accounting of the mission
• Providing regular and adequate indicators to monitor the financial health of the mission and providing relevant cost analysis
• Being responsible for the management, supervision and development of the finance team

This role contributes to MSF's objective of saving lives, alleviating suffering and helping those most in need by ensuring proper financial management and resource allocation for humanitarian medical operations.

Required qualifications:

• Essential degree in Economics/Finances, Business Administration or similar
• Essential, working experience of at least three years in relevant and similar jobs at management or coordination level in an International Organization in developing countries
• Essential three years' experience in budget management with other INGO
• Essential high command of French and English languages
