At Nasekomo, we are pioneering the future of regenerative agriculture through insect bioconversion. We turn organic waste into premium insect frassโa natural "probiotic" for the earth. To scale our impact, we are launching our highly anticipated crowdfunding campaign: Frass-to-Future.
We are moving past the traditional, abstract "sustainability" narrative. Our core message is human vitality: the nutrient cycle is broken, and our food is losing its density. We are hiring a hungry to act, mission-driven Sales Specialist to drive capital into this campaign and fund the restoration of our soil and our food supply.
The Role: Impact Closer
We need a proactive hunter who wakes up every day with one metric in mind: capital raised. You will be the tip of the spear for our crowdfunding campaign, responsible for outbound lead generation, pitching, and closing high-ticket contributions.
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales / Impact Sales / ESG / professional to support our crowdfunding and partnership campaign called Frass to Future.
You will target two distinct buyer personas:
* The Corporate ESG Director (B2B): Closing high-ticket "Company Contribution" packages where businesses offset their environmental footprint by funding the regeneration of the degraded agricultural land through the frass, its further research and the educational campaign.
* The Health-Conscious Consumer (B2C VIPs): Pitching to wellness advocates, bio-hackers, and nutrition influencers. Your job is to convince them that human wellness and longevity cannot be achieved without starting with the soil. We need them to be our crodfunding campaign ambassadors.
What You Will Do
* Own the outbound sales pipeline for the Frass-to-Future campaign from Day 1 to the finish line in December 2026.
* Identify potencial leads, contact, and close B2B partnerships, "selling" our Frass-to-Future corporate packages.
* Conduct direct outreach to high-net-worth individuals, angel investors, and climate advocates for premium pledge tiers.
* Work closely with the Communications manager to align your daily outreach with our digital media pushes.
* Track all leads and conversions rigorously, operating with a lean, startup mindset.
Who You Are
* A Proven Closer: You have 2+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, SDR roles, or crowdfunding campaign outreach. You are not afraid of cold calling or LinkedIn messaging.
* Confident in selling ideas, concepts, and strategic value, not just products;
* Self-Starter: You do not need a massive corporate structure. Give you a target, a pitch deck, and an internet connection, and you will generate income.
* Fluent Communicator: Impeccable, native-level written and spoken English is mandatory to drive our global outreach and corporate pitches.
* Confident in selling ideas, concepts, and strategic value, not just products;
Our Offer
Compensation is success-based and tied to funds raised during the crowdfunding campaign:
* Monthly Retainer: โฌ500 - โฌ1,000 (to cover your base time and operations).
* Uncapped Commission: 5% to 10% on every B2B ESG package and high-ticket pledge you directly source and close.
