Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide strategic and operational finance leadership as fractional CFO, overseeing day-to-day finance, statutory and tax compliance, and audit across US and UK operations.
  • Manage month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
  • Coordinate tax and financial audits, prepare statutory accounts, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and UK standards.
  • Establish banking relationships, manage cash flow, and support group structure and strategic initiatives.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Senior finance leadership experience as a Finance Director or CFO, ideally on a fractional or interim basis.
  • Strong statutory reporting, tax, and transfer pricing experience across the UK and US, with comfort handling cross-border and intercompany arrangements.
  • Experience overseeing US federal and state tax, US GAAP, and standing up finance for newly formed entities.
  • Clear communicator able to translate financial and structural detail into recommendations for the CEO and board.
