FP&A Manager

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a growing B2B SaaS and services business.

• Own core financial models, including annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning models
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial and KPI reporting for leadership and the board
• Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting cadence, and financial rigor
• Support strategic initiatives and help mature planning and reporting processes as the company scales

This role guides company strategy and increases data-driven decision making, pushing forward the value of finance as a valued partner at Anza.

• 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, subscription-based businesses, and/or the solar industry
• Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and ability to leverage software systems (FP&A tools, NetSuite, Salesforce, LLMs)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
