- Define where Tibo plays in the German market by adapting positioning to German regulatory and market realities
- Build qualified pipeline that leads to lighthouse customers who become long-term references
- Secure the first 2–4 lighthouse customers and turn them into long-term references
- Open the right doors by deciding where ecosystem partnerships create leverage and making connections

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–10 years of experience with meaningful portion inside or adjacent to German industrial energy, manufacturing, or grid-related environments
- Experience working in or closely with the German energy/manufacturing or logistics landscape
- Understanding of how structured, risk-aware organizations make decisions and who the real stakeholders are
- Fluent German and English are essential
