Define how users experience Pletor:

• Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction
• Design the look, feel, and interaction patterns of our agent builder
• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback and product requirements
• Work in Figma/Lovable and directly with our engineering team to ship production-ready experiences
• Establish our design system as we scale

Support brand adoption:

• Bring your own taste to refine the Pletor brand
• Iterate on our website to communicate Pletor's value clearly and compellingly
• Maintain visual consistency across touchpoints
• Contribute to evolving our brand identity as the product and company grow

You'll build tools that empower creativity and amplify human creativity through AI, creating intuitive experiences that help marketing and design teams transform how work gets done in the AI era.

• You're a builder at heart with startup experience and thrive in early-stage product development environments
• You ship quickly from customer feedback or PRD to prototypes and production-ready designs
• You're excellent with your craft with strong UI skills and eye for detail (bonus points for motion design)
• You're tool-proficient with Figma as your playground (bonus points for Lovable or similar prototyping tools)
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and don't need perfect specs or endless research to start designing
• You have 4+ years of experience with a portfolio showing taste, delivered work, and explorations
• You're fluent in English for clear communication in a global team
