How to Apply for Founders Associate - Intern

at FixFirst - The OS for Circular Services & Products

🏢 About FixFirst - The OS for Circular Services & Products

FixFirst is building the operating system for circular services and products, aiming to enable product longevity through repair and save up to 14 Gt of CO2 by 2030. As a mission-driven startup tackling climate change, you'll work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO on strategic initiatives that have real-world impact.

About This Role

As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll work side-by-side with the CEO on strategic topics, operations, and networking with clients and investors. This role offers hands-on experience in testing your own ideas, learning from mistakes, and taking on real responsibility in a fast-growing climate tech startup.

💡 A Day in the Life

You might start by reviewing the CEO's schedule and preparing materials for an investor meeting, then conduct market research for a new strategic initiative. After lunch, you could join a client call, follow up on leads, and spend the afternoon refining a pitch deck based on feedback. The day ends with a quick debrief with the CEO on lessons learned and next steps.

  • Outgoing and autonomous, comfortable networking and pitching at events, with fluency in English and ideally German or French.
