How to Apply for Founders Associate - Intern

at FixFirst - The OS for Circular Services & Products

🏢 About FixFirst - The OS for Circular Services & Products

FixFirst is building the operating system for circular services and products, aiming to enable product longevity through repair and save up to 14 Gt of CO2 by 2030. As an early-stage startup, you'll have the chance to directly shape a mission-driven company tackling one of the biggest environmental challenges.

About This Role

As a Founders Associate Intern, you'll work directly with the Co-Founder & CEO on strategic topics and behind-the-scenes operations, gaining exposure to all aspects of building a startup. You'll network with clients and investors, pitch at events, and take ownership of your own projects, making this a high-impact role where your ideas can directly influence company direction.

💡 A Day in the Life

Your day might start with a quick sync with the CEO to prioritize tasks, then you could spend the morning researching potential clients or investors and preparing a pitch deck. Afternoon might involve networking calls or a pitch event, followed by analyzing feedback and iterating on your own project idea. You'll end the day documenting learnings and planning the next steps, with plenty of autonomy to explore new opportunities.

🎯 Who FixFirst - The OS for Circular Services & Products Is Looking For

  • You have first practical experience in a startup, strategy consulting, or through own projects, and are in a senior Bachelor or early Master semester in business or a related field.
  • You are pragmatic and curious, with a knack for creating compelling pitch decks, conducting thorough research, and analyzing data to drive decisions.
  • You are outgoing and friendly, comfortable networking and pitching, yet also detail-oriented and autonomous when working independently.
  • You speak fluent English; German is a plus, and French is nice to have, especially for client and investor interactions.
