Founders Associate - Intern

Core responsibilities:

• Closely work with the Co-Founder & CEO on strategic topics and behind-the-scenes work
• Network with clients and investors, and pitch at events
• Test own ideas, take responsibility, and learn from mistakes to build entrepreneurial skills
• Support new projects and help build the company

This role combines entrepreneurial opportunity with sustainable impact by supporting a company focused on circular services and products, contributing to environmental sustainability through circular economy principles.

Required skills and qualifications:

• First practical experience in startups, strategy consulting, or own projects
• Business or similar studies in senior Bachelor or early Master semester
• Experience in creating pitch decks, doing research, and analyzing data
• Pragmatic, curious, friendly, well-organized, outgoing, with high autonomy and attention to detail
• Fluency in English required; German and French are pluses
