Founder's Associate

• Play a key role in the preparation and execution of board and fundraising activities, while taking full ownership of internal meetings
• Conduct strategic research and competitive analysis by engaging with internal experts and external stakeholders to validate commercial hypotheses
• Facilitate coordination between research, business development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and accelerate decision-making
• Support the transition into the next growth stage by driving hiring initiatives and setting up scalable operational structures

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master’s degree (incl. MBA) in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university
• Previous internship experience in consulting, venture capital, or high-growth startups
