What you will drive
In this role, you'll lead the creation of a new venture developing on-demand plant resilience technologies that protect crops against climate risks.
- Develop technical and commercial strategies for temporarily priming plants to withstand stress only when climate threats are imminent.
- Build a platform integrating advances in RNA interventions, biologicals, and other emerging tools for climate-adaptive crop protection.
- Prepare fundraising strategy and pitch to investors, with initial £250k investment and potential for significant equity ownership.
