Founder Associate Program

As a Founder Associate, you will join a 6-month excellence program designed to train and expose the next generation of leaders at Fairmat. You will work at the heart of the company's most critical strategic and operational challenges, directly with the management team. Your main mission: unload, amplify, and equip the Catalyst team on all cross-functional and structuring projects of the company, combining:

• Strategic analysis
• Field execution
• High-impact operational support

You will work closely with decision-making, with a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and exposure.

This role contributes to building a circular ecosystem that preserves advanced materials from landfills and puts them back at the heart of product design, creating positive environmental change through sustainable industrial practices.

• Final internship from an excellent educational background (Grande École d'ingénieurs, de commerce or equivalent)
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers, hypotheses, and business reasoning
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to interact with C-Level and senior stakeholders
• High learning capacity, high energy, strong taste for execution
• Comfortable with ambiguity, curious, able to alternate between strategic thinking and field action
• Fluent in French and English (other languages appreciated)
• Pragmatic mindset, developed critical thinking, and ability to make structured decisions
