About the Role

Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness of donor data for impact reporting and acknowledgements
- Manage the production of donor honor rolls for Foundation annual report and other recognition events
- Track and report on the effectiveness of segmentation strategies and communication efforts
- Respond to donor inquires via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency

This role helps foster positive relationships with donors by ensuring they receive relevant, personalized communication about the impact they are making through their philanthropic contributions to support the sorority's educational and charitable programs.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills with professional, outgoing, customer-service oriented manner
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data using Excel, proficient in Microsoft SharePoint
• Knowledge of Internet software, Microsoft 365 suite of software and membership database software (iMIS)

Compensation is commensurate with experience, education and location. The hiring range for this role is $22-24 per hour.
