Forward Deployed Engineer – Machine Learning

Core responsibilities:

• Stress-test the latest agentic AI in a lab and help enterprises deploy AI at full speed
• Uncover hard AI safety problems before anyone else does and turn insights into real-world solutions
• Work on the edge of AI where the most interesting and messiest problems show up
• Build products, playbooks, and a culture of thinking three steps ahead

Your work helps shape how AI is deployed, evaluated, and trusted across enterprises, researchers, and safety organizations, with real consequences for AI safety at scale.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning engineering and AI deployment
• Ability to work on challenging, real-world AI safety problems
• Research-first mindset with ability to think strategically about AI safety
• Experience with enterprise AI deployment and production systems
