Forward Deployed Engineer – Machine Learning

Core responsibilities:

• Stress-test the latest agentic AI in a lab and help enterprises deploy AI at full speed
• Uncover hard AI safety problems before anyone else does and turn insights into real-world solutions
• Work on the edge of AI where the most interesting and messiest problems show up
• Build products, playbooks, and a culture of thinking three steps ahead

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning and AI systems
• Ability to work on challenging, real-world AI deployment problems
• Research-first mindset and approach to problem-solving
• Experience with AI safety evaluations and stress-testing
