Forward Deployed Engineer – Enterprise Delivery

Core responsibilities:

• Stress-test the latest agentic AI in a lab and help enterprises deploy AI at full speed
• Uncover hard AI problems before anyone else does and turn insights into real-world solutions
• Work on the most interesting and messiest problems that show up at the edges of AI
• Help shape how AI is deployed, evaluated, and trusted across enterprises, researchers, and safety organizations

Your work helps ensure AI innovation happens safely and without slowing down, with real-world consequences for how AI is deployed and trusted across various organizations.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience with AI safety evaluations and deployment
• Ability to think three steps ahead and spot new AI failure modes
• Technical expertise to work on frontier AI problems
• Experience with enterprise AI delivery and production deployment
