Food Safety and Regulatory Internship

• Ensure implementation and compliance of Food Quality Systems, including HACCP and continuous improvement processes.
• Assist regulatory in sample management, data collection, and other regulatory application support.
• Collaborate with many internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support a positive food safety culture.
• Support integration of digital quality systems to ensure traceability and document control.

This role contributes to creating an era of food abundance for humanity by supporting regulatory and quality initiatives for a scalable fermentation process that decouples protein production from agricultural land.

• Current Master’s student in Food Safety, Quality Management, or similar.
• Experience with working in a food production facility, or similar.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Team player skills with excellent English proficiency.
