Food is Medicine Program Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Manage and organize program data using CRM (Salesforce) and Excel
• Work directly with healthcare sector partners to launch new Eat Well programs, provide support to enrollers, and handle backend administrative management
• Help manage participant support system for people enrolled in Eat Well programs
• Report program outcomes to partners, funders and granting agencies
• Oversee monitoring, reporting, and implementation requirements for assigned programs

This role helps integrate produce prescriptions and other food is medicine interventions into the healthcare sector to meet individuals' food and health needs, working toward the goal of healthy food as a covered benefit for all Americans.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years related experience
• Experience in food and nutrition or other anti-poverty work
• Experience in healthcare sector is preferred
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and willingness to learn new software
• Knowledge of Salesforce highly preferred

Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement.
