Food Application Internship

About the Role

The Food Application Internship is an exciting opportunity to work with our team and gain hands-on experience in food application research and development. As an intern, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing new food formulations using Farmless' Postbiotic Protein.

Key Responsibilities

• Research various food ingredient functionality properties of Farmless' Postbiotic Protein and link them to fermentation and harvest parameters
• Research various food sensory properties of Farmless' Postbiotic Protein and link them to fermentation and harvest parameters
• Develop various food formulations together with the food application team to understand how Farmless' Postbiotic Protein behaves
• Support business development in product demonstrations

This role contributes to developing sustainable protein alternatives through research and formulation of Farmless' Postbiotic Protein, supporting the transition to more environmentally friendly food systems.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Research skills in food science or related fields
• Ability to analyze ingredient functionality and sensory properties
• Experience with food formulation development
• Collaboration skills to work with food application team
