Mission
What you will drive
- Organize and engage with diverse solar supporters in urban, suburban, and rural communities throughout Florida.
- Build partnerships, support advocacy efforts, and manage solar group purchase campaigns.
- Provide technical assistance to individuals and entities interested in going solar.
- Plan and implement solarize programming, including public education sessions and events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Resident of South Florida with minimum 2 years of experience in community organizing and project management.
- Ability to work remotely with frequent in-state travel (20%).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: fluency in Spanish, knowledge of solar/energy/environmental issues in Florida.
