Mission

What you will drive

  • Organize and engage with diverse solar supporters in urban, suburban, and rural communities throughout Florida.
  • Build partnerships, support advocacy efforts, and manage solar group purchase campaigns.
  • Provide technical assistance to individuals and entities interested in going solar.
  • Plan and implement solarize programming, including public education sessions and events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Resident of South Florida with minimum 2 years of experience in community organizing and project management.
  • Ability to work remotely with frequent in-state travel (20%).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: fluency in Spanish, knowledge of solar/energy/environmental issues in Florida.
