Financial Transformation Modeling & Strategy Partner

Core responsibilities:

• Design a Strategy-Led Financial Framework to understand cost drivers of organizational change and align resources with operational needs and cultural shifts
• Develop financial models separating temporary change support costs from ongoing operational expenses
• Create transformation ROI analysis comparing Cost of Change against Efficiency Gains
• Build strategic dashboards mapping expenditures to Strategic Focus Areas for stakeholder communication

This role creates positive change by enabling Heifer International to make data-backed decisions about resource allocation, ensuring financial resources support strategic objectives for poverty alleviation and sustainable development.

Required qualifications:

• Strategic FP&A expertise in transitioning organizations from backward-looking accounting to forward-looking strategic resourcing
• Demonstrated ability to build client-friendly, transparent financial models that are intuitive to update
• Deep understanding of temporary cost structures required during major organizational change
• Familiarity with international NGO structures, regional hub operations, and non-profit cost allocation methodologies
