Financial Reporting Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Own monthly financial reporting processes and standard reporting cadence
• Produce monthly financial and operational KPI packages for leadership
• Develop and maintain headcount, ROI, and efficiency reporting across the organization
• Support monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and annual/long-range planning

This role helps create a safer and more sustainable world by strengthening financial reporting and insights that support 3E's mission-driven work in regulatory expertise and technology for chemical safety and compliance.

Required qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of experience in Finance or Operations, ideally within a contract-based revenue recognition model
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Experience with financial planning tools like NetSuite and NSPB
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Compensation and benefits:

• Anticipated salary range: $85,000-$105,000 per year
