What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Drive the revenue cycle from billing through collections, acting as business owner of tenant billing including customer contacts and negotiating payment plans
  • Optimize billing statements for comprehensibility, accuracy and customer experience while working with technology, finance, legal and tenant teams
  • Systemize and automate the program by leveraging technology to improve financial and operational areas
  • Manage aging reports and minimize overdue receivables while developing structured processes

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial operations, including complex billing and collections, or in a related utility or software setting
  • Experience with accounts receivable management and collections, including collections management platforms, dunning processes and call scripts
  • Analytical mindset with ability to dive deep into data and find solutions collaboratively
  • Highly organized with talent for developing and implementing structured processes
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with strong sense of client service
