About

Job: Financial Controller @ RYSR, Inc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership and planning including annual budgets, multi-year financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
  • Manage accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end and year-end close, and ensure GAAP and nonprofit compliance
  • Oversee grant and fund accounting including tracking donor restrictions and grant budgets, monitoring reporting deadlines, and maintaining international transaction documentation
  • Handle audit and compliance as primary audit liaison, prepare audit schedules and documentation, support IRS and state compliance, and maintain internal controls

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7-10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with financial reporting and reconciliations
  • Highly organized and self-directed with nonprofit accounting experience preferred
