Financial Controller

• Own financial record integrity and lead accounting, compliance, and payments across CEA's US and UK entities.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and maintain accurate records in NetSuite across multiple entities and currencies.
• Lead audit processes, ensure regulatory compliance including 501(c)(3) and UK requirements, and strengthen financial controls.
• Administer NetSuite and Payhawk systems, oversee accounts payable, and identify process improvements to support organisational growth.

This role ensures financial integrity and compliance, enabling CEA to effectively allocate resources toward high-impact projects that improve the world.

• Proven experience in financial control, accounting, or similar role.
• Expertise with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Knowledge of US and UK regulatory compliance (501(c)(3) and UK charity requirements).
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
