Financial Analyst

• Develop and maintain cash flow models, weekly/monthly reporting, and long-term forecasting.
• Build investment-grade financial models for business units, project-level economics, and new initiatives, including scenario, sensitivity, and returns analyses.
• Partner with Corporate Development on M&A, JV structuring, and growth capital decisions.
• Support annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range plan; own variance analysis and executive reporting.

This role directly supports Soluna's mission to build sustainable computing infrastructure by enabling capital allocation and financial planning for renewable energy projects that power AI and digital assets, reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• 1-3 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, strategic finance, or FP&A at a high-growth operator.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Investment-grade modeling skills (three-statement models, project-level cash flow models).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with NetSuite, Vena, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
