Mission
What you will drive
- Support project-level and organizational budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure NTC's financial sustainability.
- Analyze monthly financial results, monitor grant spending, and track invoicing, revenue, and delivery status across projects.
- Partner with program delivery and leadership teams to translate financial data into actionable insights and develop financial management tools.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or 2–4 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (sorting/filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating financial metrics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms (NetSuite, OpenAir, Salesforce preferred); exposure to nonprofit finance and GAAP preferred.
