Mission

What you will drive

  • Produce a short internal scoping report covering key levers to influence private Financial Institutions and opportunities for collaboration in 2027 and longer term.
  • Strengthen relationships with key actors in the finance space, including globally systemic Asset Owners.
  • Use WBA's assessments of Financial Institutions to identify and outreach to key organizations and initiatives that can use these insights.

This role will leverage WBA's data and insights to create stronger incentives and clearer market signals that encourage financial institutions to develop and implement credible transition plans, ultimately accelerating the transition to a more sustainable economy.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 6 years relevant experience working with Financial Institutions (FIs) and/or the finance ecosystem, with some experience working with or for a finance linked policy maker/regulator.
  • Preference for working experience, connections and/or physical presence in a large capital market (e.g., London, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong).
  • Ability to translate complex sustainability information for finance-focused audiences, independently leading meetings with FIs and finance industry professionals.
  • Excellent strategic and innovative thinking, strong project management skills, and collaborative, thoughtful, thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
