Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Contract and Vendor Management: Maintain a contract management system, draft and execute contracts, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Financial Operations: Maintain processes and systems for accounts payable, receivables, expense reimbursements, and bookkeeping in compliance with GAAP.
- Internal Systems and Staff Support: Manage technology tools, audit systems, ensure compliance with operations policies, and provide logistics support for events.
- Lead consultant and staff operational onboarding.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong commitment to progressive values and NLA's vision and organizational values.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations for movement-building organizations.
- Strong understanding of multi-entity nonprofit operations, including 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, political campaigns, and/or PACs.
- Relevant accounting, bookkeeping, and/or budgeting experience with organizations that have an operating budget of at least $1 million.
- Experience with Bill.com, Asana, QuickBooks, Google Suite (especially as an Admin), LastPass, DocuSign.
