Finance Operations Analyst

• Analyze financial operations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies.
• Support annual budget planning, monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and provide transparent reports to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in audits, year-end activities, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.

This role supports the financial operations of an organization dedicated to protecting and expanding reproductive freedom, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to advocacy, mobilization, and legislative efforts that safeguard access to abortion and contraception for all.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in an accounting department.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Salary: $55,000 - $68,000 per year. Full-time, FLSA-Exempt, Union position. Remote work. Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
