Finance Manager - Hybrid or Remote - Flexible 30hr/week

• Manage all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting, tax filings, audits, and grant reports.
• Supervise the part-time Finance Assistant and manage bank/investment accounts.

This role ensures the financial health and integrity of a program that supports relatives raising children outside the foster care system, enabling family wellness and stability in Southeast Alaska.

• Five or more years of professional experience with budget development and management, ideally with grant budgets.
• Professional experience with GAAP, fiscal controls, financial data analysis, financial reporting, accounting software, and administrative procedures.

Annual compensation (salary plus health/retirement stipends) set at $78,000 for 30 hours per week. Includes paid leave and holidays. Flexible work hours. Stipends provided in lieu of employee health or retirement benefits.
