The Finance Manager ensures Equality Federation's financial operations run with rigor, transparency, and integrity — owning day-to-day financial execution, payroll, economic benefits, and employment compliance, while building the systems and internal controls that keep the organization audit-ready and resilient. The role also resources the movement directly, developing an equitable organization-wide regranting structure and strengthening state partners' financial capacity through tools, training, and the Finance Cohort. This position collaborates across all divisions and with member organizations, translating financial information clearly for people who don't work in finance.
