What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance and administrative activities including budgets, financial reporting, contract and grants administration, compliance, tax, and audit
  • Support strategic financial leadership by implementing impact-focused financial systems, reports, processes, and solutions
  • Oversee financial management of housing assets and development projects across their full lifecycle
  • Lead grants and funding administration, ensuring compliance with government and foundation grant requirements

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • Over 5 years of broad business and financial management experience in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations
  • Expert-level experience with QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, data analysis, MS Word, and Google Workspace
  • Experience overseeing nonprofit audits, managing financial reporting for grants and contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated success in managing administrative and operational functions, including contractor management
