Finance Business Partner

Core responsibilities:

• Provide key insight to drive revenue & EBITDA growth
• Support finance leader with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support business with analysis for strategic direction, targeted marketing, opportunity growth areas, and competition monitoring
• Support business in generating new offerings including business case review, commercial negotiations & pricing

This role helps ensure customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need, supporting businesses to grow and communities to thrive while contributing to a sustainable future.

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role with analytic responsibilities and engagement with non-finance stakeholders
• Expertise in financial reporting, financial/operational decision-making models, trend analysis and forecasting
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments with minimal supervision
• Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
• Experience with Infor ERP environment, Financial Consolidation systems and Power BI
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
