Mission
What you will drive
- Work with the Specialist on developing financial systems for clients which reduce manual administrative duties and maximize efficiency
- Create, track, and maintain client budgets
- Process client payments such as invoices and expense reimbursements
- Carry out client bookkeeping tasks and advise clients on best practices
- Support the finance team in day-to-day financial tasks
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory and tax requirements in the relevant jurisdictions with help from the Finance Specialist

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years (for associate) or 4+ years (for specialist) of experience in finance, budget management, or a related role
- An understanding of financial compliance and tax regulations in relevant jurisdictions, particularly for the UK
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, or similar tools, with a solid understanding of financial reporting and bookkeeping
- Experience in the nonprofit sector with UK-specific nonprofit finance experience
- Experience with working in diverse team environments and collaborating with international teams
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- An intrinsic motivation to have a positive impact with your career
