Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing monthly/quarterly financial statements and supporting details prepared by external accounting partners, including updating portfolio investment and grant schedules, and budget to actual reports
- Manage vendor invoice payment process, including reviewing vendor invoices or other supporting documentation for proper approval, coding, and accuracy
- Perform data entry tasks related to employee records and HR metrics, manage onboarding and offboarding activities, and assist in benefits administration
- Support due diligence in the grant-making process by conducting screenings, financial checks, and required compliance reviews

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP plus two years of relevant industry experience in nonprofit
- Prior Finance and/or HR administration experience strongly preferred
- Software skills including mastery of Microsoft Excel, with Sage Intacct and Salesforce experience highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen with impeccable attention to detail
