Policy Studies Institute (PSI) would like to hire qualified and experienced Data collectors, supervisor, and data Manager/programmer on a contractual basis to work for the research project titled “Unlocking Capital Market Participation in Ethiopia: Barriers, Enablers, and Policy Pathways ”.

Data Collectors
· Conduct face-to-face interviews using structured questionnaires.
· Accurately record responses using tablets or paper-based tools.
· Ensure completeness and consistency of collected data.
· Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
· Submit completed questionnaires to Supervisor daily.
· Minimum BA/BSc Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
· Previous experience in survey data collection is an advantage.
· Ability to communicate in local languages.
· Basic knowledge of digital data collection tools (Kobo, SurveyCTO, etc.).
· Willingness to travel and work under field conditions.

Field Supervisor
· Supervise and coordinate activities of data collectors.
· Conduct spot-checks and daily data quality reviews.
· Provide on-site technical and logistical support.
· Report field progress to Project Coordinator.
· Ensure adherence to survey protocols and timelines
· Minimum MSc Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management, or related fields.
· At least 5 years of experience in supervising field surveys.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Experience with digital survey platforms (Kobo toolbox, SurveyCTO, etc.).
· Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines.

Data Manager
· Design Data base Template
· Provide technical support for the survey team
· Conduct standard data quality control activities
· Clean, compile and submit raw data in Stata format
· Effectively receive and implement constructive feedback from the project coordinator regarding the data base template Perform other tasks assigned by the project principal
· MSc Degree in economics, statistics, computer science, information technology or other related fields.
· A minimum of 5 years’ Prior experience in field survey data management collection
· Demonstrated experience in, SurveyCTO, Kobo toolbox, SPSS, Stata, R, or Python.
· Able to deliver the assigned tasks within the specified time by overcoming the time constraint.

· Maximum number of effective working Days ** 20**
· Areas of Survey: Addis Ababa and surrounding areas
· Remuneration: based on PSI Rate
· Any benefit obtained from this field survey is subject to applicable tax laws of the country
