Field Solutions Engineer - APAC

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as the frontline sales and solutions lead for prospective customers across global governments and enterprise, acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead customer-facing conversations end-to-end, from discovery to close, facilitating meetings, presentations, and workshops with senior stakeholders
• Own problem discovery and solution design, including building and delivering live demonstrations and Proof of Concept engagements
• Advocate for customer needs by partnering cross-functionally with Product and R&D to shape solutions and unblock issues

This role helps organizations proactively manage weather-related risks and opportunities, enabling predictive, impact-based action for a safer, more resilient future by delivering weather intelligence solutions to weather-sensitive industries.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in operational meteorology, weather forecasting, or applied climate services
• Strong applied understanding of radar and satellite data interpretation, nowcasting, and use of NWP outputs for real-world decision-making
• Experience in SaaS or weather technology industry, ideally supporting enterprise or government clients in technical roles
• Familiarity with APIs and cloud-based data integration workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
