Field Services Supervisor

• Lead Senior Service and Service Technicians to commission and complete preventative and corrective maintenance of CSI Energy Storage's Solbank Storage Power Block (SPB)
• Fulfill obligations under Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA's) for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects
• Perform onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to maintain equipment and achieve availability and capacity guarantees
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and processes

This role contributes to improving grid operations, integrating clean energy, and creating a sustainable future by maintaining and servicing battery energy storage systems that enable renewable energy adoption.

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in a service environment, preferably in renewable energy
• Minimum 2 years in a Team Leader/Supervisor role
• Qualified Electrical Technician with previous training and knowledge of inverters
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
