Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products
- Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, software, and external partners
- Provide professional customer-facing support through face-to-face interactions and phone/email communications
- Complete timely and accurate case notes, repair orders, and initiate new cases as required

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Proven proficiency with high and low voltage electrical systems
- Associates Degree or Vocational Certificate in automotive service technology related field or 4+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (driving is an essential function)
- Must be legally eligible for international travel and admissible to Canada for business purposes
