Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, software, and external partners
  • Provide professional customer-facing support through face-to-face interactions and phone/email communications
  • Complete timely and accurate case notes, repair orders, and initiate new cases as required

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency with high and low voltage electrical systems
  • Associates Degree or Vocational Certificate in automotive service technology related field or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (driving is an essential function)
  • Must be legally eligible for international travel and admissible to Canada for business purposes
