Field Service Technician

Core responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products
• Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, software, and external partners
• Provide professional customer-facing support through face-to-face interactions and through phone and email communications
• Complete timely and accurate case notes, repair orders, and initiate new cases as required

This role supports Xos's mission to decarbonize commercial transportation by ensuring their electric vehicles remain operational and reliable, directly contributing to the transition to cleaner transportation solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Proven proficiency with high and low voltage electrical systems
• Associates Degree or Vocational Certificate in automotive service technology related field or 4+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (driving is an essential function)
