What you will drive
As a Field Service Resource Planner, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Field Service personnel are deployed effectively and efficiently. Your mission is to match the right people with the right skills to the right jobs, at the right time.
- Booking resource requests for Field Service work orders using the Planning Board
- Coordinating logistics such as visas, medicals, travel, and accommodations to ensure personnel availability
- Balancing workloads and optimising utilisation across the team
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and collaborating with departments to ensure excellent customer service

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- BSc in Engineering, Administration, or a related field, or qualifications gained through work experience
- Experience in Field Service operations or administrative work related to field service coordination
- Exceptional administrative, organisational, and time management skills
- A solid understanding of technical terminology and the scope of service jobs to ensure accurate resource allocation
- Proficiency in English is required; Finnish language skills are considered an advantage
