Field Service Engineer DACH (German speaking territories)

• Provide field service support, troubleshooting and diagnostic guidance to resolve dealers' technical, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Conduct onsite repairs, maintenance activities, and technical training for the dealer network
• Document service reports, record interactions in Salesforce CRM, and provide feedback to improve diagnostic tools and training materials
• Communicate and coordinate with mechanics, technicians, and engineers to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues

This role supports the transition to electric vehicles by maintaining and improving Zero Motorcycles' dealer network, contributing to environmental benefits through the adoption of electric motorcycles and powertrains.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Motorcycle Apprenticeship with Advanced Training to Master Technician, plus at least 5 years of relevant fieldwork experience
• Native German and proficient English language skills; certification to work on high-voltage systems is a plus
• Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Atlassian platforms, and industrial-standard electronic test devices
• Strong technical, electrical, and mechanical skills with in-depth understanding of motorcycles, automobiles, or electric vehicles
