Field Sales Representative - Welding

• Implement and follow the Welding Sales Strategy using solution-based selling and consultative sales techniques to develop and increase market share
• Demonstrate and present the value of Fronius products and services to both new and existing customers, clearly communicating their unique features and differentiators
• Establish new prospects through cold calls, trade shows, site visits, school visits, and other interactions while generating new business opportunities from existing customers and prospective clients
• Serve as a trusted business and welding consultant, guiding prospects and customers in selecting the most effective solutions for their specific needs

This role creates positive change by helping customers overcome welding challenges with effective solutions, improving their business operations and efficiency through advanced welding technology.

• Experience in the field and/or associate degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM 360 dynamics preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Possess a high degree of problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
