Field Sales Representative - Welding

• Implement and follow the Welding Sales Strategy using solution-based selling and consultative sales techniques to develop and increase market share
• Demonstrate and present the value of Fronius products and services to both new and existing customers, clearly communicating unique features and differentiators
• Establish new prospects through cold calls, trade shows, site visits, school visits, and other interactions while generating new business opportunities from existing customers and prospective clients
• Serve as a trusted business and welding consultant, guiding prospects and customers in selecting the most effective solutions for their specific needs

This role creates positive change by helping businesses improve their welding operations through advanced technology solutions, potentially increasing efficiency, safety, and productivity in industrial environments.

• Possess a valid passport or ability to obtain one, valid driver's license, and willingness for regular travel throughout the USA
• Experience in the field and/or associate degree preferred with strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM 360 dynamics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely as well as collaboratively within a team environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or German a plus, ability to multi-task, and compliance with all safety and health standards
