Mission
What you will drive
- Mobilize ACLU of Florida supporters, volunteers, and voters to build power across the state, with a focus on the Leon County region.
- Organize volunteer-led teams, host Know Your Rights trainings, lead advocacy and skills trainings, and coordinate community events, phone banks, and canvassing.
- Support legislative session activities, coalition events, statewide mobilizations, and volunteer testimonies.
- Collaborate with the Field team to track progress toward goals, produce reports, and adjust field plans as necessary.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated commitment to civil rights, civil liberties, and social justice, with alignment to the ACLU-FL mission.
- Experience in community/field organizing and base building; experience with a 'snowflake' organizing model preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to speak in public, facilitate meetings, and work collaboratively with diverse groups.
